This would have been perfect, but it's way too big for any average sized 18 yr old. We were both disappointed I had to return it. If it was smaller I would easily give it 5 stars.

I really liked the design and the meaning behind the bracelet when I ordered from the pics. When it arrived in person I absolutely feel in love with the bracelet. It’s very well made and sturdy in material and weight. It took me a minute (or two lol) to figure out how to open the bracelet as there is no instructions. In the fifth picture you can see the cut out of the clasp/latch. If you push on the sides the pieces slide out and then you latch them back by sliding the end with the “edge” into the opening of the other end and then there are magnets to keep it secured. It’s a pretty cool closure in my opinion.The bracelet has the words happy birthday written on the inside. I wish it actually said happy 13th birthday as it was a special milestone birthday present. It comes with a tiny card that states the birthday number but you don’t wear that and it would be better to include in the actual bracelet. I’m still glad I got the bracelet but that would be the only improvement I could think of.My Son liked it right away. He says it the most comfortable bracelet he’s ever worn. He loved the sentiment of it and we both shared a big hug and of course some tears from me. His Dad even thought it was cool and said he would wear it too. My Son has a good size wrist and it fit him without issue with room to move around.I really feel you and yours will be as delighted with this as much as we are. It makes a wonderful gift for anyone at a price you can’t beat!
