All of our flags larger than 12x18" come standard with at least 4 rows of reinforced fly end stitching. This is going to extend the life of your flag by preventing premature fly end tattering. Why wouldn't you want a stronger flag?

What I was looking for was the same Jack Flag that is flown in-port on Naval Vessels. These only come down during underway deployments. This one would fit on my dad's 17' ski boat nicely. Guess I need to pay more attention to the overall measurements and compare to the "starfield" of the American Flag.

This is TRUELY a boat jack; not for use as a jack on a Ship of the Line. Nice workmanship, but has specific use on a pleasure boat.

I purchased this 13"X15" Navy Jack Flag for flying on my Harley. I did not connect the seller was Gettysburg Flag Works until they sent an email after delivery checking if I were satisfied. YES, I am! Completely. Turns out this Navy Jack will be flying on a short piece of a 1" Gettysburg flagpole I purchased almost two years ago. That flagpole was shortened using a miter saw so I could fly an American 3'x5' flag during funeral escorts for Vets as conducted by The Patriot Guard Riders, an organization I have ridden with for several years. The Navy Jack flagpole is about 18" and is flown on the left side of my Harley. Looks sharp! Reminds me of my Navy days (30 years).What's more remarkable is that I purchased three flagpoles under that order (about two years ago) and they were untouched until earlier this year. I opened the box and found two were missing the wood ball topper. I ordered and paid for two replacements from Gettysburg Flag Works and made a comment I intended only for their information that the ball toppers were missing and, in view of the long time between order and when I opened the box, was only writing this for their information. I received the new ball toppers quickly AND a full credit on my order. I appreciate their doing the right thing and will be a repeat customer.They provide excellent quality of both flags and flagpoles. Motorcycle escorts from Tampa to Florida National Cemetery include about 30 miles on I-75, travelling at speeds up to 70mph. Yes, I know their poles are not intended to be used at these speeds, but I have just "retired" one of their fiberglass flagpoles which has done over 50 "high speed escorts" over a period of about five years. I have complete confidence in these poles (of course they are housed in a stainless steel holder with a 1/4" pin running completely through holder and pole...almost zero chance of the pole "launching").Thank you Gettysburg Flag Works!
