The handle is cheaply made and floppy. The company sent a replacement and the new one’s were perfect. The handle lever was tight and worked great. Must of been a production flaw in the one i was sent first. Great company great communication.

Nice valve but I took "2 pieces" to mean that there were to valves. "2 part unit" would have been more clear.

How much can one write about a ball valve? It does what it is supposed to do, doesn't leak, and seems to be of good quality. Besides the basic valve, you also get a separate brass air plug (which I didn't use; tossed in a box for later) and a red and green handle, in case you want to color code the fluid.Two things of note: One, this valve handle turns a full 180°, so there are two possible positions for 'off'. Second, the handle turns with very little effort - just takes the slightest nudge to turn it to 'off' or 'on'.
