Here is the description of the issue. You are asking for a replacement or refund. "The top right display clips glued to the replacement screen have become unglued from the monitor. These clips are required for the screen to attach to the frame of the laptop. This ensures a properly sealed and secured screen. This is a manufacturing defect, and I would like to get a replacement or refund. , no body cared even Amazon..

I bought this screen from this seller three times, and in all three cases, the touchscreen didn’t work. The reason is that the touchscreen connection cable doesn’t connect to the motherboard like it does in the original. The screen doesn’t fit properly into the back screen casing of the computer. Because of this, the plastic clips at the bottom, middle, and sides of the screen don’t lock into the casing. The digitizer and LCD screen separate from each other.

The screen works as expected, however it does not include replacement adhesive strip necessary for installing correctly. It would be nice if the adhesive was included rather than having to track them down.

The screen works well enough and was a good fit, but I did not like having to conjure up the difficult to find (even harder on Windows 11!) touch calibration utility because the touch was over 1-1/2" off on the right side (correct on left got worse as you went to the right). I rarely have to calibrate a digitizer. I think it's a sure sign of a poor quality product when they have to be calibrated. Even after running the Windows calibration tool twice, I found several deviations around different areas of the screen where the feedback was up to 1/4" off. I used a small pad to calibrate it to get the best possible results (instead of my big, fat fingers), so it should have been right on the money. I also don't like any screen/digitizer assembly that uses a non-replaceable, proprietary digitizer board. Seems nuts to have to toss an entire assembly if the digi-board fails after the short warranty period expires. This all combined with having to move the top 3 magnets from my old screen to the new one (and they have to be positioned precisely to fit) made me think that I will avoid this brand in the future.

The screen was easy to replace and worked the first time I booted. After a windows update and reboot, the touchscreen worked fine.
