I tried two of the twelve and they worked as advertised. Definitely loud enough and annoying enough the strobe light can be confusing for an attacker especially if shoved in their face. Won't make anyone deaf or blind them but does draw attention. The way the pull tab is setup if you wanted to use them as an intruder alarm you could. Just anchor to a door or window and tie a string across the threshold or to the window pane. When either is opened it'll pull out the tab.

These personal safety alarms are a great, simple way to stay safe. You just pull the pin at the end, and it makes a loud, high-pitched sound and flashes a bright light. It’s hard to ignore, which is exactly what you want if you’re in danger.They’re really easy to carry too. Small enough to attach to your keychain or bag, so you won’t even notice it’s there until you need it. The flashing light is also helpful if you're in a dark area.Overall, these alarms are a quick and easy way to feel safer. They’re simple to use and really effective. Definitely a good thing to carry, especially if you’re out alone or in unfamiliar places.
