I needed a lot of screw eyes for a Christmas light project, but did not want to break the bank. I had fairly low expectations for these. My expectations were exceeded in every way. The threads were well cut and smooth, the washers were well stamped and had a nice finish, I used nylocks for the actual project, but the included nuts had no issues and joined the rest of my 1/4-20 hardware and have been used on several other projects.

We buy these to use around the ranch everyplace... sometimes just to hang plans or cables or Christmas lights. The work great and the threads are cut well... The only think that would make them better is to NOT have the related nut already spun onto the eyescrew… just put them in a bag with the item loose because you have to unscrew each one to use them. We use these with 1/4" screw in anchors / threaded fittings to hang fence wire and they worked great.
