Where should I start?The dimension are misleading. 2" x 8"? LOL... they may stretch them out in the package on a 2" x 8" piece of cardboard but once you take them off, they will be all over the place size wise. Stretch it and that 2" will shrink to less than 1" easily. But that's the least of this product's problems.The material is so thin and cheap and there is absoletely no hope of this thing keeping it's shape while you wear it. Another review compared it to "T-shirt material". That is being much too nice, this is more akin to tissue paper. Cheap single ply paper towel is thicker. Good luck absorbing anything.That of course if you can even get it on your head and tolerate keeping it there for more than 30 seconds. I wouldn't bet on it.The elasticity is terrible, it will reach the limits of it's stetchiness in about 4" and has almost no pressure at any length so it either slides off your head or just won't fit.Worse of all, because the material is so thin, it makes the exposed seam that encircles the headband the "thickest part", and it is this seam that will dig into your head as the rest of the headband bunches around it.The end result is that it will look and feel like you have a loose, mildly stretchy string digging into your head.Utterly useless garbage. Do not buy.

Haven't used it yet but did test fit on my 7 y/o son who will be using it for basketball. It fits well and says its comfortable. We'll see how it is in action in the next few days.I bought this as my son loves the different colors and he associates each color with a favorite character. Super cheap to motivate your kid a little more and also to look a little more cooler. I'll check back to see if it does well going through a couple of washes and after using it a few times.Material is super soft but does indeed feel cheap. I have very thin active wear shirts which is comparable to this product but doesn't exactly have the quality feel to it. Again, this is for my son who probably won't notice any of the details and I probably wouldn't recommend using it heavily.I have a big 7-5/8" head and I found it comfortable on the head and not too tight where my head can't breathe which also simultaneously concerns me of its elasticity. The product might lose its elasticity over time and after a few loads in the wash.I agree with what another person said: it's probably only good for costumes and casual wear.

These headbands are nice for keeping my baby hairs at bay while I'm at work, but only if I bobby-pin the headband securely in my hair. I wouldn't recommend these for working out at all. They will slip right off in seconds
