I would give it a 4 star, if the legs fit the base correctly on every piece. I have 2 of these and my daughter has 4. They are gorgeous and the hardware on them isn't cheap plastic. It is heavy duty. They are gorgeous, but be careful putting the legs on, if they are the least bit tight, they will crack the base.

Loved this dispenser for our non-alcoholic beverage. It was perfect, visually pleasing, no leaks and got a lot of compliments. Easy to put together.

Wooden water dispenser, purchase this product for Thanksgiving meal. I wanted to jazz up our drinking station and make it stand out. This was the perfect product for that! The glass is made of a thicker glass grade. I like that it has the two little knobs on the side, making it easy to transport from one location to the next. The two knobs are sturdy and made out of wood. The lid is also made of wood and seals in place with no issues. The standard itself was very easy to put together and for storage purposes is also easy to take down. The overall quality of this product exceeded my expectations. Great product.

Item arrived and after putting on spout and finalizing - wood stand and legs don't fit and stand has wooden crack as if it was fixed and sent. I needed for my event and and extremely disappointed it will not be used and will be returned.

I chose this beverage dispenser because of its more elegant look. However, it arrives in pieces. You have to assemble the spigot grommets, washers, nuts and all. I followed the scant directions provided, and the spigot was loose and moving around in a way that didn’t seem right. I added water to test it, and of course, it leaked like crazy. I asked my husband to take a look at it to see if he could find something wrong with the way I had assembled it. He picked up the little wrench that came with it, tried to loosen the nut on the spigot, and the glass itself broke. It put a big round hole beneath the spigot. So of course, that ruined the entire thing. We can’t use this at all and are returning it - quite disgusted. The consumer shouldn’t have to assemble a product like this. Too much can go wrong.
