Belt is rigid and serves as a good platform for holsters. Buckle has held up well. Easily fits my pants or jeans belt loops.

Made in USA, very adjustable but i never had to adjust mine. Actual Cobra buckle locks up solid. I appendix carry an officer model 1911 and a horizontal Tops karambit and the belt stays put.

My wife purchased this belt as a gift for my birthday. I was so excited when I opened the package as I could tell the belt was well constructed! Couldn’t wait to wear it for the first time, unfortunately from day one the belt was ruined when I attempted to remove a zip tie which kept the belt coiled together for packaging.I was so upset that my belt was ruined (over a stupid plastic zip tie) before I had the opportunity to wear and enjoy it. I immediately notified the vendor through Amazon and made them aware of my dissatisfaction and disappointment. To my amazement they immediately sent out a replacement. That my friends is what you call “First Rate Customer Service!”Now I’m very pleased not only with the product but with the vendor’s handling of my dilemma. It goes without saying the belt is well constructed and as a Veteran of 2 Branches of the Military, I wish I would havehad this when I was deployed overseas!I no longer wear the uniform but I can appreciate the benefits of such a belt. As a Disabled Veteran whose hands are effected by Rheumatoid Arthritis the ease by which I’m able to engage and disengage the buckle is an absolute pleasure!If I had one negative thing to say, that would be the choice of using a zip tie to keep the belt coiled for packaging. A rubber band (better yet a Ranger Band) or tape could achieve the same result.Finally, one last suggestion. This belt clearly appeals to Military Personnel and First Responders, maybe your Design Team at Applied Gear might consider a D-Ring of some sort as an attachment point for Flight Medics, Door Gunners, Para-Rescue Operations, or Search & Rescue Personnel. I believe this is an opportunity that should be exploited by Applied Gear as there is a need for a quality piece of gear that could fill that role.Thanks for your Amazing Customer Support!-Rick

This is an excellent EDC belt to hold all you EDC stuffs in place. It is very stiff and so far shows no signs of sagging. The Austrialpin Hybrid Cobra Buckle is top notch and will last a lifetime. The stiffness allows me to carry all my things either in pocket or on belt including my pew with no deforming of the belt or drooping of my pants. I like it so much I am getting one in another color and these will be the only belts i wear from now on.

I'm a M and purchased L thinking I could just adjust it smaller, you cannot due to the placement and length of the velcro. Customer service will happily take back and exchange for the correct size. The female end fits through all of my pant loops. Its so sturdy this is probably the last belt of my life.

When ordering just order one size above what is recommended. Other than that the belt is great and holds up wonderfully.

Literally the best belt for everyday. I wanted the 1.75 riggers belt with a riggers d ring for survival purposes. And that sense of security. But let's be real am I really going to ever repel down from somewhere? Probably not. And if I needed too I can lash some cordage around my new belt and call it a day.I got this belt so it can fit in all my jeans and still have the benefits of the cobra buckle and tough nylon double ply belt. This belt is REALLY RIGID! I can hold it up and it keeps its form. Exactly what I wanted. A tough belt that can pull a small car needed but still be stylish and bot look over Gi Joe! This belt feels comfortable and feels good to the touch. Really feels like quality.I'm 6ft 1inch and 200lbs and I have 35inch waist. Use to have a 34inch but I gained a few pounds. I got the Large size belt and it it fits Literally perfectly! If I decrease in size or increase I have the luxury of changing the size on this belt. Bur out of box it's literally perfect. I'm glad I didn't go with a size medium. I've seen so many people have sizing issues with these kinds of belts but I thankly never had this issue. Keep in mind many people do not know their true waist size and don't wear clothes that actually fit them. Many sizing issues is user issue. Anyway. This belt is a very nice belt well worth the money. I'm very pleased with it and recommend it for the edc purpose and survival purpose and a long term long lasting belt. Good Job Applied gear for applying quality to your product.(Update): it's February 2024 and this 1.5inch edc belt is still holding on strong! I wear this literally every single day! Literally! It's as stiff as the day I got it. The stitching is still holding up. This is exactly what I wanted. A durable tank of a belt! The only thing that would make the most perfect legendary belt for me would be to include a riggers D ring on the 1.5 cobra belt buckle. And a belt clasp ro keep it secure if you would put your full body weight on it....anyways...I recommend this belt to anyone who wants Edc daily driver and tank durability without cumbersome size.

My only complaint about this belt is the lack of description on the measurements... im a 38 waist, so I went for the XL... and fully tightened, it actually fits quite perfectly, but unfortunately, the way the belt is made, I can't tighten it anymore... and Id like it tighter... so the Xl is getting regifted, and im reordering a Large... I feel like this is a quality belt that will last a long time. Definitely worth the price.
