These lights are fantastic! I was so disappointed when our pool lights failed to work. However, my husband found these and we thought we'd give them a try. He followed the directions exactly as written and installed the lights in a snap! Very pleased with the product!

Pentair replacement.I suggest watching a youtube video replacing the pentair globrite first.You need a fish tape/string.Purchase this and install yourself to save $$$.Product came as described. Overall easy install. Took me, for the first time, less than an hour....but I was being extra careful.I did need to ask the company a question and they responded in I will be buying this again when my next pentair fails (2 more to go).

My original GLOBRITE pool light started to leak 2 years after initial installation, I replaced it with another GLOBRITE and again it leaked 3 years after. I found this LIFE BULF replacement from NO MORE GREEN which has a lifetime warranty (1st year 100% free, after 1st year, they will discount replacement by 50% for life.Installation was easy. Very happy so far, it’s been 1 week so far, will update review after 6 month.

An excellent light! It costs less than half the price of a Pentair, comes with a lifetime warranty, and is a colored light. Installation was incredibly easy, and I highly recommend it!

Purchased the product directly through the Nomoregreen website and it was fulfilled through Amazon. Doug was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The customer support was excellent. The light was easy to install and works as well as our previous Pentair light.

My pool is just 5 years old and one of the two Pentair Globrite lights has blown 3 times already. The first time was just after it was built so the builder replaced it under warranty. The second time was a little over a year later but they, again, replaced it no charge. This time I never even got a call back from them, and I knew it was out of warranty, so I went looking for a replacement. I shocked to see the price of the Pentair and I read all the bad reviews, which I could attest to, so I looked for alternatives. I found the Life-Bulb and it seemed to fit the bill and it was much cheaper AND with a lifetime warranty, but it only had 2 reviews so I was skeptical. I checked out their website and they seemed to be legit so I gave it a shot. I just installed it today in about 30 minutes. It came with the install/removal tool and it snapped right into the Pentair niche without incident. It's still daylight so I haven’t tested all the color combos yet. Hoping that it matches the Pentair on the other end. I’ll post again if it doesn’t. So far I’m a happy camper.Update: Just lost my 4th Pentair Glo-Bright in 5 years so I just bought my second Life-Bulb.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt I needed to as I'm sure there are many others in the same situation I found myself in...I was so nervous about this project. I had Pentair GloBrite LED bulbs that had both burnt out in 2 years. My pool guy told me it would be $800 each to replace with a standard white lightbulb that would probably burn out in 1-2 years. After extensive research and multiple YouTube videos I decided upon these 1.5 inch LED color LED bulbs. I planned an entire day to replace both bulbs - I was done in an hour. It could not have been easier. Based on a YouTube video I purchased Ideal Powr-Fish pull line (500 feet rated for 210 lbs of pull) on Amazon for $15. It is basically the only tool you need besides a screwdriver. I undid the existing lights near the transformer - two wire nuts after tripping the breakers to the pool. I tied the two wires from the old light together as tightly as I could. This created a small loop and then tied the pull line to this loop. I then wrapped that knot and connection as tight as I could in electrical tape. Then you undo the old light in the pool with the supplied device. Once it disengages, you pull the light out and just start pulling the old line through. With someone at the other end, feeding the old line through with the pull line attached you keep pulling until the pull line comes through into the pool. Then you take the new cord from the new light and tie it to the pull line the exact same way and pull it back through. Connect it with two wire nuts and you're in business. The only issue I had was trying to get the lights to advance through the different light shows and colors. To be clear...you need to turn the light switch off and on quickly - if the light flashes white in the pool you took too long. If you want to do the 5th show for example you need to turn it off / on 5 times without the lights coming on. After the 5th time you leave it on and you will be at the desired color/show. I found this out after contacting their customer service who was great! Responded to me three times with questions...over Thanksgiving (never expected a response until Monday).Overall the lights are very bright, colorful and most importantly have the lifetime replacement - unlike Pentair. I basically replaced both my lights in an hour with full color with a company that stands behind their product for life...for half the price it would cost me to have the same crappy white Pentair bulbs that would burn out in a year or two.
