The nice wide screw body held firm in loose sandy soil for an equestrian event. We took this out to a rockier soil and found the hex drive to be a really nice feature. It dug it and clawed through the tough soil and locked solid. No issues to remove either.

Product was quality built. Easy install with hand tool or drill tool provided.Only downside is if installing in sand at the beach get longer ones. Good brisk wind on a 10x10 awning they will pull out of the sand.

Got this for camping and they are well made and I'm glad the top unscrews so you can really screw these down. I'm planning on using my Milwaukee drills.

Outstanding product. I purchased this to hold my grandchilds swing set. I just my dill with racket connector to drive in the ground was done driving four in less then 8 minutes. FYI use the drill when installing. Also used in the beach for tent worked great manually. I am purchasing another set.
