These are very convenient and practical for parties. They are large, 12-inch disposable aluminum foil trays. Sturdy enough for baked goods, meat trays and veggies. Decent quality.

I originally ordered these for an unconventional use. I been putting together some Pirates ship models lately and I need some trays like this to spread the parts out on. They worked well for that. But I have also found a more regular use for them also. I make home made pizza about every other week, and have found these trays to work very nice for that also. They are alot stronger than paper, and alot lighter than our stoneware. These can also be washed and reused if not to dirty.

These platters are perfect for giving Christmas baking treats, but they’re also really helpful for everyday cooking, like for pizza, particularly on those nights when I don’t want to minimize my clean-up after dinner. These are thick enough to likely handle relatively heavy food loads without a problem. The versatility makes these disposable platters a great addition to my kitchen tools.

I really do not want to give anyone any advice on what to do with these, but I actually ordered them for baking. I thought that these would be perfect for making sheep PAN pies. I love the fact that I ordered these for that purpose because they were perfect. I added puff pastry on top of the pies and baked them in the oven. This aluminum foil tray was actually perfect for that I also used it to bake pizza the next day. I love these as serving platters. Also, but they really do serve multiple purposes depending on your needs.

I have been more cautious about buying single use items, but I have family coming over for the holidays and wanted to make things a little easier for myself with cleanup duty. I like that these aluminum pans are a good size. I can use them to roast vegetables as well as the obvious pizza since it is a flat sheet. I also think these would be good for reheating purposes as well. Throw some items on there as long as they don’t have a lot of access juices running off it should bake and clean up easily. I think it’s a good size thickness pan not very flimsy. They do hold their shape and I think it would be pretty sturdy with food loaded on top as well. Well, I wouldn’t use these regular since they’re not environmentally friendly I think for special occasions they would be handy and very useful.
