When i used this after my previous spool ran i out, i immediately noticed that the noise level is lower. I have a thick and tough grass. This product was able to handle it. I have yet to experience it snapping in the middle of my trimming.

What can I say, they fit my string trimmer, and are pre-wound with the proper size string. Much better price than the “big box” store that sales these products. I’m very happy with these.

I look at most of the reviews on this item, especially the first ones listed with five stars are vine reviewers, and those reviewers get the product for free to test it. I'm never sure about their reviews because I always feel they're weighted on the positive side..However I paid for these.I used to wrap my own line around the old spools and had really no trouble with them however I was getting tired of reloading the string onto them so I looked on Amazon to see if there was anything else out there. Then to find out there was someone selling me a dozen of them at about a buck a piece that was crazy because it's not much more expensive than me loading my own string onto the spools. Plus I got an extra three covers even though I never wore out the one that came with it I could just see it happening sometime because they do get bounced around in a concrete every now and then. So overall I think it's a great deal I will buy them again next time I need them

I was contemplating getting rid of my ryobi weed Wacker, as silly as it was because I didnt think I could replace the cover. This one really snaps on and ir felt really secure. Just finished clearing a bunch of weeds, even some leaves from the brush growing into my fence, worked amazingly. My batteries could use an improvement but this wire and the cover worked amazingly.

These fit perfect. They are very easy to install and I like the thickness of the string. Performs very well. Great value for your money. Much higher at the hardware stores.

These battery powered weed eaters aren’t super heavy duty but for just regular grass and weeds they do the trick and no yanking on pull chords or struggling with reliability issues with gas engines. I use gas powered for heavier things but nothing beats the reliability and ease of use of the battery powered tools. These spools fit in perfectly and thank you for the two extra caps.I recommend this product. 👍

I bought a new Ryobi string trimmer that came with one spool of string. I ordered these to use in the machine and they do a very good job. Spools out easy and stays wound in the spools. I have a gas trimmer that uses a larger string and I am used to winding the spools but this is so much easier. The string material seems to be very strong and durable. One spool seems to last through several hours of heavy use. I live in the country and all of the weed whacking out here is on very tough weeds and grasses.

I was excited because it came with replacement lids and a bunch of lines for the price of 2.They fit and work, though the lid is hard to get off, more so than the OEM part.And you’ll be replacing it a lot more than the OEM parts.One spool lasted one run on my yard. Usually one spool will last me four or five runs. Good thing they give you a lot of em.Anyone with Ryobi knows it’s annoying to atop, hit the button and let the line out. I’ve gotten used to it.This one lets out way to much line on it’s own, meaning it’s not engaging the locking mechamism and trying to self-feed, which is not a feature of this.Anyway, I’m past my return window otherwise I’d’ve returned it. After I run through these, I will nto be re-purchasing.
