1.Place the fabric fuse tape between 2 pieces of fabrics, and damp the clothes surface, then iron back and forth for about 10 seconds, and the fabrics will be stitched together.
2.Do not touch iron directly to the adhesive tape. Do not iron directly to your ironing board.

I was really disappointed that this tape didn't come with instructions. I've tried ironing it on but haven't gotten it to work so far. I tried some steam but since it's double sided and doesn't have any type of protective backing on it, you have to make sure you have it in the right spot to not leave any residue where you don't want it.

Difficult to use despite description on website. Found instruction elsewhere . It did not stick to my fabric, terry cloth and messed up my iron. disappointed as I used a similar product years to put a dress hem in an emergency. Perhaps the problem was the fabric. Look at videos on YouTube for instructions on how to use.

First, It melted on my iron which damaged what I was working on. Then after I cleaned the iron (not an easy task), I tried putting a dish towel between the tape and the iron, and what I got was a ruined dishtowel from anthropology. Not a usable product!

Sometimes you just don't have time to hem pants, skirt, etc., and don't have time to take it to a seamstress and this tape comes in very handy. The tape is lightweight but don't be fooled by the thin tape as the adhesion is strong. Simple put the tape where you want it, place a hot iron on top of the folded seam and hold for a few seconds and you are done. It's that easy and the adhesion does not come off after washing the garment. Good stuff!

I don't sew and it drives me crazy to have to take garments in for alterations when they only need to be shortened a little bit. This tape is the ideal solution. It did not include any directions, so I guessed at the heat temperature and length of time to hold the iron on the pair of pants I tested it with. Still sticking after being washed. Great value.

I have used the smallest width, and it helps me with small hems. The adhesion is great. Used all around this homemade apron to make a very narrow hem, and then added a nice stitch for a decorative look.I have also used the smallest width tape to make strings for pull string bags.
