worked great had to use expoie to mount it t the Aluminum plate in the light housing for ceiling fan.

I have a fan in my living room that I really wanted lighting in so this was a great way to add it. Only problem is that its an exposed base so there is no globe. Trying to find a globe and a way to make this work but I wish these were just slightly frosted or at least had that option to hide some of the electronics if your light does end up being exposed.
