I got this for charging my truck battery that I bring inside for the winter after finding my truck likes to drain and kill its battery if left too long without being ran. It worked perfectly and even shuts off automatically the moment the battery is fully charged which is great so I don't have to worry about accidental over charge. The display shows clear information regarding percentage, battery type, temperature and remaining time left. The only thing I will remark on is that the internal cooling fan is rather loud so you might want to use this somewhere that the noise won't be an issue. Other than that, A+ product and one I'd recommend.

just got the charger and it appears really light and cheap at first appearance. It's rated at 16 amps, but based upon the weight and thin wires, I am skeptical. So I hooked it up to my 12v 100ah Lipo battery and it appears to be charging as designed as high as 14 amps. I gave it 3 stars based upon the build quailty, but I'll update this in a few weeks.

I wanted to replace my old-style higher-powered charger and this one works well. I have smaller chargers that have these features, but I wanted one that will charge faster when I need more than just the maintaining functions.

Not too much to say about a charger other than it does exactly what it says. I did note it changes its charging pattern for the various types of battery technology. I mention that because not all do, and that's straight up dangerous.All outputs match their ratings. Having 24v setting is nice for charging some of my kids scooters etc that use 2 12v batteries in series. The unit is very compact as well and build quality is solid and the display is easy to read and easy to use.Solid product you can't go wrong.

This smart battery charger is well-designed with many useful function. It is very well-made and compact. The battery terminal clips are strong and sturdy. I used this as a trickle charger for my Jetski batteries. It also has a feature to repair my old battery back to life. The display is easy to read and it has several different modes to support a variety of batteries for car and motorcycle. The charger has several built-in protection to keep the battery healthy. I highly recommend this product.

I was shipped this car battery smart charger at as part of the Amazon vine program. With an assigned value of $70, I was expecting a better build. Overall, the charger functions as it should. It works with both 12V and 24V batteries, handling my Lead-Acid auto and motorcycle AGMs just fine. It also tackles my 24V trolling motor LiFePO4 battery.The electronics are housed in a compact case, which feels a bit light-duty but suffices. The battery terminal lead clips are strong and grip well to the terminals of all my cells. However, I had two issues.First, the 120V polarized two-prong connector doesn't have much 'grab' in my power outlets - this seems to be a common trait of lower build quality electrical components. Second, the wiring for the 12/24V battery terminals is of such a light gauge that it warms up significantly during peak charge output.At the full introductory price, I expected a bit more. But now I see the price has dropped by half. At $39, with an additional 20% off, it's on par with similar offerings in terms of price and quality. So, if you catch it on sale, I can assure you it works fine, has a good feature set and you won't be disappointed.

I ordered this battery charger to use in my home workshop with charging various batteries in my vehicles and equipment.The charger came well packed and protected in a reusable box that I will use for storage of the charger when not in use. The charger seems well made and has a solid feel to the construction. The case has a large LCD display with a control button on the far right side. The charging clamps were solid, easy to use and had sufficient wire to handle connection to a battery POS post and also remote connection to ground other than the NEG post of the battery such as a grounding stud located on the vehicle frame.The included instruction sheet indicates that button should be pressed for at least 3 seconds and that will turn the charger ON. After connecting to the battery to be charged, short pressing that control button will allow you to select the most appropriate setting for the charger to match with the battery. Long pressing that button again, will start the charging process.I connected this charger to a discharged 12V no maintenance GEL battery selected the High Current (3rd) setting as recommended and turned on the charger. The charger went into charge mode and approximately 90 minutes later reported a full charge of the battery. Other than selecting the most appropriate battery charging selection through the front panel button, everything else is automatic and handled by the charger.I like this charger in that it is relatively small, well made, easy to setup and monitor through the front panel display and automatic as far as charging control, overvoltage protection and shut-off. The charger handles a wide variety of battery types and should serve a wide range of needs.I hope my review and pictures will help you decide if this charger is appropriate for your applications.
