Most of my lifters we're perfect however I had about four that were beyond stuck. Probably would be a good idea to buy a few extras if you can.

Bought these while doing a burnt valve repair job on a 90 Miata Cylinder Head. The car has been running smooth for the past month. Did not have to prime these before installing. Packaging was a tad bit oily, but not too much leaked beyond the second bag.
