Fit was tight. I used a little tiny amount of grease on the gasket to get it to install easier. Installation was moderate.I have a 2006 GMC sierra 1500 v8 pick upFrom the driver's side in front of the rear tire you can blindly reach between the frame a pick up bed to disconnect the old sensor and install the new one. Be careful not to break the old sensor into the tank.

This pressure sensor doesn't read properly. They sensor continuously reads -.49 mmHg even when the system is sealed. The only time I could get this reading to change was to pump compressed air into the fuel tank filler neck. The readings only changed in major increments and I could not get the readings to gradually increase as would be expected from a sealed system in a hot environment. I replaced this pressure sensor with the OE branded version and the pressure readings are reporting normally. The expected results of gradual pressure increasing when the system is sealed also returned.
