I'm super sensitive to metals, and pretty much allergic to everything but titanium. I've been wearing this for a couple years and I've never had any irritation. It's the perfect size, good quality,it's cute, you can wear it with everything, and keep it in during the shower without worrying about tarnish. I use some jewelry pliers to unclasp it, which works good! Get it!
