Worked, or so I thought. The faulty factory switch was actually more reliable. Appears a little cockeyed when screwed in but sealed up fine. Switch keeps turning off and on. Put old switch in and screws in straight and ac runs ok. Old switch gets stuck off sometimes so still going to replace with another brand. Think it's just faulty.
