Came quick (2-days), installed in 30 minutes (if your not familiar with process may take longer), looks great (not high gloss like others described), works perfectly, perfectly centered, as nice as factory original hopefully will not delaminate. I installed today I will update if product has any short or long term issues.

Quick install, nice picture, did have to cycle my car a couple times to get everything back. Works well. Touch screen has a quick response. Very good value for the product. Fit perfect and the screen is center.

This replacement is good , so far can’t complain I just installed, everything was easy except for take everything apart and the clean up, from the old gum radio, I just have a little issue with the Bluetooth, when I press pause it show music on mute but it won’t stop it keep playing, so have to pause or stop from my phone, and the option speed adjustment Vol. it goes up and down when I’m parked, really no major issues, let see what happen in the next few months, but I recommend to anyone looking for a easy and inexpensive replacement…

I installed the radio and the screen is lit up but still black. My heated and cooled seats are working and my phone connects to the Bluetooth automatically but will not play music nor does the screen come on.

My screen was suffering from ghost touch syndrome and had begun delaminating. I initially tried replacing the digitizer screen. It was on sale for $14 after about 3 hrs of labor it was an instant failure.Next I opted to replace the entire screen. I ordered this one about 7pm and at 8am the next morning it was here. Because I did have a practice run removing the screen the day before, changing it out was pretty quick. Start to finish was about 45 min. As of now everything is function great. However, the ghost touch issue was intermediate so I'm holding my breath for a bit.The LCD screen is very sharp. If it is bright out I do turn the screen up full bright. But as of now I am ecstatic about the result. If it has any issue I will update this.If you value your time and can live with the extra cost just by this and don't spend the time on just the digitizer.

I purchased this part to replace an OEM delaminated touch screen on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. This replacement part is exactly as described. Quality and visual display resolution exceeds the OEM part and the reactive response from touch interface is quick and precise.Install was not difficult, minimal tools required. I would rate a DIY skill level for install as advanced (level 3 of 5).All said, I recommend this product!

FANTASTIC PRODUCT!! Like most of you, I purchased this screen as the one in my 2018 Jeep Compass had de-laminated. When I called my dealership, the part was quoted at $2750 plus tax. I live in Canada and apparently this is only sold as a kit so I was going to have to replace the screen, the radio, the heating/cooling unit, and all the related harnesses. To replace the screen, they stated that the would have to pull out the entire dashboard and the drivers seat to make the replacement. Cost of labour estimated at $4300 plus tax. TOTAL COST: $7050. Keep in mind that they are going to put the exact same problem part back into my jeep. The de-laminating issue will keep happening. So I bought this screen and watched about 35 different you-tube videos. The screen arrived in 2 days (the dealership needed a month to get the part). I'm not going to lie, it took some time to get the dashboard insert out. You have to be careful and take it slow. Once the screen was out of the car and the glue was cleaned out of the dash, it literally took 5 minutes to pop the new one in. The clarity and colours of the screen is WAY better than the factory garbage that comes in the vehicle. It's been a week since it's been in my vehicle and it works perfectly. All done for 5% of the cost quoted by the dealership. Also, keep the old screen and receipts, just in case. This issue screams class action lawsuit for all dodge, chrysler and jeep vehicles.

Ram 1500, 2018 Rebel modelFirst photo is new unit// second photo is old unit with internal LCD screen peel.Known issue with OEM infotainment screen. Basically, if you're reading this, your plastic screen is peeling from the inside and the screen is doing "ghost" touches, making the car go crazy as if you're touching buttons on the screen. Dealer says its not covered by vehicle warranty. Charging you nearly $200 to diagnose and nearly $1500 to replace (on top of the fact that the part is not readily available.)Took a chance. Bought this replacement unit.First, the MAJOR difference is that the screen itself is not the matte plastic, but glass. It's high polish and so far, very easy to touch, like your contemporary iPhone. The screen quality, light, brightness, etc is all very good.Second: although I'm handy, and there are plenty of Youtube videos showing you how to take the panels off of your Dodge/Ram vehicle to replace this, I found a local car audio/electronics person (those shops that specialize in putting in a new stereo system in your car, etc.). Paid them a small fair amount to do the dirty work. I would recommend this as unless you're used to taking apart panels in your car, there were multiple panels that needed to be removed for access to this screen. Money well spent.Third: for my car, once properly installed and plugged in, it was seamless. No new programming or adjustments. I did reset to factory settings since the "ghost touching" screwed with custom settings.I very much recommend this. And shame on Chrysler/Dodge/Ram for not supporting this massively known issue under warranty or recall.

My touch screen in my 18 dodge started delaminating, and ghosting. I had to disconnect my phone and was unable to use carplay, well unable to use the touch screen at all. I just left the app on something that didn't control anything. The a/c-heat, backup camera, and parking sensors still worked so I just let it lie for about a year.I planned a trip so husband creeped out about me being on the road and the screen screwing something up that leaves me stranded. He you-tubed and we tried cleaning the screen and taking off the glue. That didn't work so he left me in charge of finding a new screen to install. I found this one, arrived the day before I left, and husband installed it that evening. Easy install.Trip was great and it was great to have carplay again. No issues with the touch screen.
