The YOSIGHT 17.3 x 4.9 Inch Square Shovel Chisel is my tool of choice for concrete chipping, tile removal, brick and mortar demolition.I like the Goldilocks sharpness of the edge...not too sharp, just right for getting under tile without gouging into the underlying base.It is heavy at about 8 pounds, but the jack hammer don't care...jack hammer is a beast!Materials of construction are "Steel". I couldn't find anything more specific than that. It has shown lasting durability over the hours that I have used it...no chipping or appreciable dulling of the chisel surface.The fit with my jack hammer is as expected...nothing unusual about installation or removal from hammer.Very happy with this item.The right tool for the job...use as a chisel, not a shovel.

In Latin America, meat can be pounded thin before it is grilled. While I ordered this shovel for garden use, it's been repurposed for the Parilla or grill. This tool is many times heavier and more solid than anything that I could have found locally. For garden use. Or for grilling.

I'm not a professional that uses these a lot, so keep that in mind. But to the layman anyway, this is heavy, sharp, and cracks things up as expected. Happy with it.

Wow, super solid heavy duty square chisel shovel. It has a rough sharp edge on it and the casting is kind of rough, made with solid steel for a jackhammer. Its a good size, durable and will hold up I'm guessing though impact. Comes in a nice case too. I got this to bust up rocks and concrete and it works great for that. So much easier to use than hammering down on the rocks to bust them up. I do not have a jackhammer but was still able to use this as I thought I would simply place the chisel where needed and hit with a sledge hammer and the edge of the chisel is so sharp it busted right through with little to no effort. I'm happy with it, better than I was expecting.

This fits my little electric jack hammer. It's just what I needed for odd jobs around the house. It's perfect for chiseling away old concrete from around a post etc to be replaced or removed. I wish I'd had this a year ago when a major wind storm came through and pushed our fence over. I had to hand chisel and remove concrete then re dig and re concrete every post on our fence after it was blown over.

Using it to break up rocks on our property with the hammer drill. fits perfect with the HF hammer drill and hasn't really got any defects after a few hours breaking up rocks.

Used this with my electric jackhammer. The hex shank fit perfectly. I had to dig a shallow hole (about 2 feet) in hard dry clay. Good lord, it was so tiring. It got the job done, but not before I was drowning in sweat. I think this would be fine in moist clay, but the dry stuff was a nightmare. I have since switched over to a larger spade bit with a pointed end and it works so much better as long as I don't hit a rock.

This is an ultra-heavy-duty steel shovel, and its weight surprised me since I’ve never used such a tool before. My husband said it will come in handy because our backyard has rocky, hard, and dry soil. Using it as an aid when digging will make the task much easier. The chisel edge is quite sharp, making it easy to find a solid point of leverage for digging.
