Outside package was good .inside package was ripped open and two of the red 17mm covers were scratched up.akso bouGht 19mm.found many of them cracked or broke in half when pushing on with one finger. Warranty?

The product is good, however it's still the wrong size. I ordered 21mm, and in the inside of each is 19mm, can you please send the correct size 21mm, thanks.
