I ordered these calculators to be used to send to children all over the world through the Operation Christmas Child ministry. Our church packs upwards of 2000 shoebox gifts annually, so Iām always looking for bulk type products and these solar powered calculators fit the bill! They are the perfect choice for any of the age groups, but would be best suited for the 10-14 age group. Because they are compact they can be packed easily in box corners, nooks, and crannies. Excellent quality and product ā five stars!!

Inexpensive, functional calculators for elementary or middle school students. This is set of basic, solar-powered calculators. The set of 18 units comes in a variety of colors and worked right out of the box. Great option for young students. Note, however, that the printing on the keys, particularly for the gold colored units, is in a white font, which makes the characters difficult to read in dim light.

I love the large quantity of these handheld calculators that operate on one AA battery with solar power to lengthen battery life. This looks and functions like most calculators of this size - basic functionality but great to keep in a bag or purse. I know we all have calculators on our phones, but the size and convenience of these colorful little number crunchers make them an easy choice.If you donate to school supply drives or Operations Christmas Child shoebox gifts, these are a very economical item to include.Battery is easy to install - no need for any tools, the cover slides off and reveals the battery compartment. No complaints!

These calculators are a great value, and the modern color palette is a nice alternative to bright primary colors. They all work well and are perfect to toss into a purse or backpack. There is a battery compartment on the back, but the solar function works well in indoor light.

This big pack of colorful, solar powered calculators is great for elementary-school classrooms, or for small businesses or just to carry in a purse or briefcase to use on the go.Nothing fancy here, just the basic math operations, though they do have percent keys and memory functions, which are great for slightly more advanced students or for business use (calculating taxes and tips, etc.)
