I put it on my OEM coolant reservoir and it fit perfectly. Looks 99% like the original cap anyway.

This cap fits over my aftermarket coolant bottle just fine.There's a port on the bottom that you put a hose on so it sucks coolant out of the bottle, a port on top that moves coolant to and from the radiator as needed, and another port on the top for an overflow / vent hose you can run down toward the ground (I ran mine through a convenient rust hole).Works as I hoped it would.

My original one cracked and I didn’t want to dish out $40+ for a plastic cap. The only difference is the drain line is larger but I just use a larger rubber hose. Would recommend.
