  • 1. Very high-wear resistance, seven times wear resistance than steel, four times than PTFE.

Good product; worked as desired to weld PP plastic. Bonus was that 50 sticks were received from 40 advertised. Be aware that the product advert of 19.5in sticks is contradicted in the details which state 250mm (just under 10in), which what was received. So deduct 1 star for "slightly" false advert.

Lots of choices in colors and materials. Worked perfectly on ABS and polyethelene when I used it. Will try the PVC next. Can't beat the price and it works as stated. Recommended.

I needed to weld a plastic bumper. These rods were not entirely compatible. That is not surprising, given the large number of plastics used in the auto industry. However, they work as expected with a good flow.
