First of all, mine came in bended. Seller quickly refunded and I repurchasedThe notched panel came in wrapped in plastic and boxed up niceI am using this for a splitter among other things as you can see in the photo. I like the swing out capability but the only thing I dislike is the swing is not recessed like others. My goal is to keep the case sealed as much as possible since I am running an intake and exhaust fan. I have attached 3 photos, the panel, the panel hinge and an example of a recessed hingenote these hinged panels are not made for weight. you can add whatever you want when these are screwed in but if you swing it out with weight, it will stress the hinges

Gotta love the hinges on these, they’re thin but still very strong. I’ve used these in 3 different cases now mounting XLR, Powercon, Cat6 and various other connectors on these and they hold up!I don’t think I’d ever buy one without a hinge again, these are a good pick!

This panel is great for my small home studio. I needed to run a small snake from my mixer to some rack effects and this adapter was very easy to use and with the hinge, makes it very easy to swap in new connections without taking everything out! Excellent!

Very good value for the money. Good quality finish and metalwork. Half the price of name brand and adds the very convenient feature of hinged mounting on both sides. Definitely will recommend to anyone.
