This little 2 burner cooktop is pretty decent. Great for adding some cooking space to small areas. We have a kitchenette in the basement with a little island, which this cooktop fit perfectly. Looks sharp and cleans easily. Controls are responsive and decent heating speeds so far, but do want to see if that slows over time with regular use. So far, a great space saving functional addition.

This cooktop heats up and works just like a flat large stove top. I like that it’s versatile. It can fit into your counter insert or on top. I like that it’s portable. This top is also good if you cook outdoors. The cord is a good length. This cooktop is much heavier than I imagined.

The glass makes it easy to clean. I don't usually like touch controls but they work pretty good.

I am very excited to have two additional burners for this holiday season. This double burner said can either be installed in the countertop, or comes with legs so you can use it as a portable stove top. This is perfect for two additional burners during that busy cooking season, or for travel. The burners work off of standard outlet. When both burners are turned on the larger heats more quickly and stronger than the smaller. However, when only one burner is in use, both get equally as hot. The heat and performance is similar to that. That of any electric stove. The set also comes with the cleaning blade for the glass cooktop. We have been using this off and on for about the last month and have not had any issues. Well worth the investment in my opinion.

I was looking for a two-burner tabletop cooktop for when I need to cook extra food for an event. I currently have a single-burner cooktop that I have had for years and works very well. The Cooksir Cooktop comes with additional pieces for mounting and rubber footings for countertop use. I tested the device with a pot for boiling water and a pan for sauteeing onions to use for frying. I turned on the larger burner to slowly heat up the onions and the smaller burner halfway to start heating up the water. Twenty minutes later the pan had barely heated up as well as the pot for boiling water. I waited another ten minutes for both the pot and pan to heat up and I had the same result. To compare I used my other single burner cooktop to heat up water and that took less than 5 minutes to heat the water. I then shut off one burner on the Cooksir and used the larger burner only for the frying pan. The frying pan did heat up faster, finally and I was able to finish cooking. Overall this may be a useful cooktop in a pinch if and when a single burner is needed but what I the point of having a two-burner cooktop if you can only, really use only one burner? Since I needed two additional burners I could still use my older single cooktop and the Cooksir device however I wanted a two burner that could heat two pots, pans or a combination of both. What I don't need is a much larger cooktop that takes up more space when I need a second extra burner. For my needs, the Cooksir Electric Cooktop does not do what I need it do.

This electric cooktop is 110-120V Plug-in and convenient to use at home or outdoors. The ceramic surface is easy to clean. Each burner has 9 power levels. There is a LED number light to show what level it is on. I tried to boil water in a steel pot. It worked very well but slower than my stove (no ceramic top and 240V), but its heat adjustment is more subtle, and it could maintain low or medium heat very well. This electric cooktop is compact for storage. It is suitable for a small apartment. The package includes the parts to install this electric cooktop to a countertop. When I use this electric cooktop, its bottom gets warm. So, be careful what surface you put it on. There are four legs included in the package. I guess I should install them on the bottom, so the heat from the bottom won’t burn the surface under it, but I cannot find any information or instructions about the four rubber legs in the user manual. The four screws in the package should be for the 4 side brackets or the 4 legs, but the screws can hardly match any of the holes on the sides or the bottom. The screws only get in halfway. Maybe an electric screwdriver will be strong enough to screw them in. All in all, this nice and compact electric cooktop works great.

I ordered this electric cooktop to use in the small bachelor suite I set up for my mother in the basement. Space is limited down there, so this compact, plug-in cooktop has been great. It features 9 power levels and an adjustable knob, making it versatile for different types of cooking. What I really appreciate is how easy it is to set up, just plug it into a standard outlet. However, be mindful of your breaker load to avoid overloading your circuit. The convenience of this design means it’s also great for outdoor use if you’re planning a cookout but don’t want to use a grill or BBQ.The ceramic surface is smooth and easy to clean, which is always a plus. The compact size makes it easy to store if you’re not planning to install it as a built-in unit inside a countertop. Despite the small size, both burners work very well, and like most ceramic cooktops, they’re compatible with almost every type of pot and pan.Whether you’re a student dealing with limited space and budget or someone in need of extra burners, this cooktop is a fantastic option. At $169 for two reliable burners, it’s great value for the price. Highly recommended!

I want to install this electric burner directly into my countertop, but I gave it a try sitting on on top of my existing stove. One of the elements on my stove doesn't work well, so I wanted to give this a try for its larger elements. It's pretty simple to figure out, and I didn't even consult the instructions. The only thing that I figured out through trial and error, was that to lower or increase the temperature while the burner is on and cooking, you need to press the power button again to unlock the level buttons. It's very responsive to the touch, and heats up pretty quickly. It also heats very evenly, and the pans that I have, which are electric cook top compatible, were perfect for this electric burner. So, performance wise, I have no complaints. It heats well, quickly, and evenly. There were a few things that I thought deserved mention. The first is that, while it comes with these little rubber feet, I see no way to properly attach them. I'm not sure if the concept is to just have the electric cook top, literally sit on top of these four rubber pegs, but it would seem to me a better idea if they can be fastened somehow. I didn't see any included screws, or any joinery whatsoever that could be used to securely attach them to the bottom of the electric burner, if you want to use it on top of your counter, and put it away after. The other thing that is a bit of a shame, is its length. If you look at my picture with the pan on top of the large burner, you'll notice that the pen that I am using encroaches on the smaller burner quite a bit. That isn't a very large pan, it's one that you would expect to use size wise on a large burner, or element on the stove. It's an 11 inch frying pan, which isn't abnormally large. Basically, if you're using a medium to larger sized frying pan on the larger burner, you won't be able to use the smaller burner at the same time. There isn't enough separation between the two burners. That was a little disappointing. It is in fact the worst aspect of the electric cooktop, that I experienced. It's not uncommon for me to have two pans going at the same time, and one is always larger than the other. That scenario is not accomplishable with this electric cook top. It's something to keep in mind. Other than that, it does work really well, and heats very evenly.
