Just as the title says, the cabinet was fully assembled, and nothing needed to be done to it. The topmost drawer has a little plastic organizer, and the bottom file drawer has a metal bar to partition the space.Two keys are included, and the locks work easily. The castors are hard plastic so don’t roll it around too much on hardwood floors as they will leave marks.If you like how the cabinet looks, then I would say get it. It’s priced right, looks good, and functions smoothly.

I was looking to add a file cabinet like this to my home office for some additional storage, so I was thrilled to be able to try this product out. The initial impression has been great, with the main positives being:1. I loved the fact that this came pre-assembled and ready to use right out of packaging. The product description says that the wheels do not come assembled, but it actually was for me; I literally just had to take it out of the box and place it in my home office, where I wanted.2. The overall quality is great. The used metal seems to be good; there were no dents or scratches when I took this out of packaging, and while not the thickest metal, it is better than others that I have seen in this price range.3. I like the grooved handle design instead of having any knobs; it fits in very well with the rest of the simplistic design that we typically use around our home. The white color also worked perfectly with the rest of the office setup, where we have white desk legs and bookcases.The reasons for my star off were basically two-fold:1. I am having trouble locking the wheels down completely. While it was useful to be able to roll it to the spot that I want to place the file cabinet, I envisioned using this fixed to the spot, so I wanted to lock the wheels down to prevent it from moving. While it helps with preventing movement under small pressure, I can still roll it around even with the wheels locked, to the point that a hard pull on the drawer still moves the file cabinet from the spot, forcing me to place it back afterwards. While it is obviously more of a minor nuisance, I do wish the caster lock was better performing.2. The drawers open only one at a time. I am not sure if this is a purposeful design, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to close a drawer to open another one during the initial organization, as I was figuring out where I wanted to store certain things.Overall, if you are looking for an assembled file cabinet solution, this is a top quality one that I would recommend, especially if portability is important to you.

This is a very nice quality. Mine did come with a little damage to the bottom shelf. It's slightly off kilter, I think one side isn't as tightened down as the other. Not sure if it just got loose in shipping or what happened. Even with that this is a very nice filing cabinet. It has a sleek look. The wheels all roll very smoothly and it is easy to maneuver even on carpet.The drawers slide easily and I really like that they open all the way. The added bottom wheel to support the weight of any files is very nice and makes it even smoother. The removable/movable drawer insert is nice and has a good variety of little sections.I like that the key folds up, since little keys like these can be bent easily. Yet the keys aren't super tiny so they might not get lost as easily. I find that a nice added touch.Overall I am very pleased with the quality of this item. It looks good and has good storage space, easy to move, and seems very sturdy.

I like the three drawers. They open and close easily. The top one will not open if the other two drawers are open so it will not fall forward. I thought that was a good idea. The top drawer has a little shelf to store paperclips and other small items. The bottom drawer is nice and deep so I can use hanging folders in it. Overall, it is a nice filing cabinet.
