I have been ordering nails from this company for many years for my business I have gotten shorted 2 boxes of nails once before this time and figured dont have the time to fo what I'm doing now but this being the second time I've been shorted I'm making time to let you all knowThe product is good works great have only had a few times I've be shorted have bought cases of nails many times when diliverd boxes crushed making loading a nail gun fast.. hard to do with small segments of nails because time is money on the job I will continue to buy nails with this company if I'm reimbursed back for the2 boxes of nails I did not receive in the case of 12 I purchased I will post another review to let all know what was done
