Arrived very well packaged. Perfect size for countertop dispenser. Seems high quality - the glass is thick but smooth and flawless and the spigot is metal and (so far) doesn't leak at all. Dispenses water in a nice stream. The base is good - the added "stickies" for under the legs to prevent sliding are great. Overall, it's one of the best sight-unseen purchases I've made in a while. Zero complaints here!

This was easy to put the spout on and to clean for the first use. The glass is thick and the build quality is good. So far I don't see any signs of rust and the spout function is really good, it pours out quickly with a nice steady flow which is what I was looking for, I hate the one's that come out so slow that your just standing there waiting for your cup to fill up. This is good on so many levels, it's stylish yet simple to use. Great for events, dinner for the family,etc.

So far it doesn't leak and works as intended. It will get its bulk of the use this summer while I make peach tea. I may try to make mead in it during the fall. The lid might be a issue as I don't think it's air tight.

Great size and everything is sturdy. The packaging was also amazing, custom thick styrofoam for secured shipping but also will be kept for long term storage.

Great beverage dispenser. It's a really nice size, the stand is sturdy and has a recess for the glass container so it won't slide off. The stand also comes with rubber feet so it won't slide around. We used it entertaining and kids were, for the most part, able to use it without making a mess. The valve is easy to use and does not leak. The whole unit was assembled easily and quickly. My one complaint is the diffuser...it didn't seem to impart much flavor into our water, but that may have been the fruits' fault because the diffuser fits nicely, holds a ton of fruit, and cleans easily. Maybe our fruit (strawberries and kiwis) just didn't release much flavor.Anyway, great product. Much better than others we've used in the past.
