Installation Procedure
step[1] Find the water outlet.
step[2] Squeeze the rubber plug and install it into the water outlet hole.
step[3] Proper installation of rubber plugs.
step[4] Install the faucet and tighten it.
step[5] After tightening the faucet, fill the Mason can with 1 gallon of water and let it stand for 1 hours. If there is no water leakage, use it again.

Very expensive but looked very nice. Just removed it from the box to use it and added water which exposed a crack along the bottom of the jar - leaking everywhere. WORTHLESS and it appears that the return window closed two days ago......

Was excited to find this 2gal jar at a good price, so I bought it quickly. Came a couple days later. Packed well, and good build quality. I was excited that it came with an infuser that will (barely) fit a standard 1gal jar for 2nd fermentation to flavor the kombucha. Also nice that it came with two spigots.If I would have looked closer, I would have noticed that the jar is square with round corners, not perfectly round. And that there is raised lettering and a logo on the front. I would think twice about buying it again for this reason, because I like to watch the kombucha in progress. I think it would be fine as a display piece at a picnic or family gathering to serve beverages though. Just not exactly what I was hoping for in terms of shape and logo.I think I may buy an aftermarket stainless steel spigot as plastic spigots in the acidity of kombucha could potentially deteriorate (or so I've read).Works super so far, and happy with the purchase.

The only issue I have with this is getting the dispenser nozzle thing in tight enough to prevent leakage and then removing it to get a good cleaning. Otherwise I love the quality of the glass and that it does have the ability to remove that nozzle piece to clean it. Also loved the center piece to brew teas or add fruits.

We’re using our gallon size dispenser for our liquid laundry soap. I’m in a wheelchair & unable to lift the container that the soaps come in. Having a bottom area drain is perfect for me. The glass is sturdy & the valve is sturdy. Very happy with the order.

Love the size of this drink dispsenser. Fits perfectly in our fridge, and I love the large dispensing spout. My old dispsenser had a really small spout and it took forever to fill your glass. This one fills any glass in no time at all. Also came with a second spout assembly, and a fruit infuser. Probably won't need the infuser, but nice to have just in case. Would recommend if in need of a 2 gallon dispenser.

I really like this jug. It’s glass and came with 2 spigots and an infuser filter thing. It doesn’t stain or hold smells

if you make alot of tea you will love this. So nice to use, clean and easy to use with being able to put the glass under the spout and fill. Love it ..
