I just love this tool. It is easy to use and even works on heaver cans,like soup cans. I am purchasing fir friends who want to keep their nails looking good and for a friend who has extremely short nails. I like that itflat so that Tab can opener can be carried in a purse or even a pocket for use when out and about. Nice that it comes in twos. I will put one in my car or put it in my suitcase when I am traveling.

For such a simple device, this little thing is magic. One side (with the slot) easily slides onto a pop-top ring. Lift the whole device, and the ring pops up. Great for saving manicures or weak/arthritic fingers. Then you flip the gizmo around, put the ring in the little notch, and rock the whole thing backward. Bingo! Your can is open. The set of two is an added bonus. I gave one to an elderly friend and kept the other for myself. Very pleased with this purchase!

Cat food cans are not difficult to open. Coconut milk and pineapple cans are. I might be doing something wrong, but this gadget has not been all that useful yet. It slides on the lid too much. I tried using a folded up paper towel under it and on top of the lid and it helped a little, but not enough to waste the paper towel on. So, three stars. Good concept, but needs improvement. I think it will break if forced too much. It’s missing leverage.
