I have a 1-inch bore bit and after drilling into my wooden shelf the grommet has wiggle room. In other words, it is 100% not snug. Now I have to decide to if I’m going to return it or rig it with something. 👎

This calls itself a 1" grommet for a 1" hole. I expect something that will snugly fit in a 1" hole. This swims around in the hole because the diameter is too small and unlike cheap plastic grommets it has no ability to accomodate.

Just a hole cover. But as described. Sturdy and in good shape. Does what it’s supposed to. Fits perfectly into two inch hole. Didn’t have to mess with making the hole bigger to fit like some.
