Workes great! It was an easy install and replaced my old ugly dome light. I like how it can be different colors from daylight to bright white. They are very bright or dim however you wish them to be. The remote needed to be synced to the light to change the color hue. Programming it was pretty easy and straight forward. Anyone can do this.

Lately, it seems every kind of light comes with its own proprietary remote control. For my installation, the fixture is wired to an existing wall switch to turn it on and off, but the remote is required to adjust the color temperature of the light. That wouldn't be so bad if you could just set it once and forget it, but the fixture doesn't save the current setting when the wall switch is turned off, instead reverting to a default color which is too cool for my taste.The lights are bright, but regardless of the setting, color rendering is not very good. Compared to the halogen light it replaced, colors of items in the room look rather muddy. Installation was straightforward, like an ordinary light fixture, but the controller takes up so much room underneath the base it's a little difficult to make room for the connecting wires.This might be a good light for some applications, but its limitations are disappointing to me. The current Amazon listing price of $35 would be a good value if only it had a simple switch to select the color temperature instead of yet another annoying remote control.

Description keeps saying track light, but follow the picture for what this actually is. The light heads mount to a fixed base, which altogether comprise the fixture. The lights are color changeable (“yellow/blue” adjust), and they are also dimmable, making them fully adjustable for home use. The heads are not overly stiff in rotation and angle, but do stay in place for reliable lighting.The light cone is pretty wide for a spot light pair, so it well illuminates areas you are trying to shine on. The fixture installed easily with only 2 real wire connections, so as long as you can mount the base, the rest is pretty straightforward.Note that the included remote has better instructions on the box than the instruction sheet. You will want to push and hold the center “connection” button during power on (within 5 seconds), not the on button (straight line symbol). It will flash with the on button, but it didn’t sync for me.
