These are good replacement cartridges. The price for two is super competitive comparing to other offers. The quality is similar to OEM ones. As always, the challenge with valve cartridge replacement is with the removal of the old ones. Cartridge puller may be needed if the valve has not be worked on for a long time. It's always necessary to clean the valve body off of mineral deposits to ensure smooth and normal operation for the new install.

Comes with everything you need to replace a Moen 1225 faucet cartridge. I recommend getting a cartridge puller to get the old one out, but these work well for replacements. The only downside is that these don't come pre-lubed. The lube comes in two small capsules and, unfortunately, one of them came broken open for me and the entire inside of the package had a thin film of lube.
