I recently added these artificial Boxwood Topiary Balls to my outdoor decor, and they have significantly enhanced the aesthetic of my garden. Their UV-resistant design ensures they maintain their vibrant green color even under direct sunlight, making them perfect for outdoor settings. The realistic appearance adds a touch of elegance to my porch. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality materials promise durability. These topiary balls are a fantastic, low-maintenance solution for anyone looking to elevate their home's exterior charm.

Look great and realistic even from up close. Super aggravating to assemble. My hands, fingers in particular, are still aching from squeezing - or I should say - trying - to squeeze a plastic unstable plug into a tiny hole and then having to also reinforce that by securing the 2 sides of the topiary together to form a ball with little provided bright green zip ties by squeezing my fingers in-between and through plastic uncomfortable grids. Once its all assembled they do look quite realistic even up close. I did lose some greenery but I have no bald spots on it. Now, I need to figure out how to make the balls be secure inside of a porch planter so they won't blow away with the first wind gust. There is no included anything to make them stay in the planter. They're just balls with hardly no weight that I guess the seller wants you to just sit like a playground ball on top of an empty planter. Even if they would have included a zip tie with a weight bag that you could secure to the bottom of each topiary ball would be an improvement. As it is I still have work to do. I do like them though. Too high of a price for having to do all this work and then still have more to do. Size of topiary balls is good, I expect them to be durable. They seem to be of good quality.

I've wanted these for the longest time to put on my front porch, but I never got around to getting them until now. They were a total pain to assemble (seriously, bright green zip ties? There are dark green ones, clear ones, black ones...) but I had black zip ties left over from another project and I used them instead of the bright green ones that were included. They're a little less noticeable, but it would have been nice to get balls that I could just fluff and be done. They do look great in the pot. I ziptied them down, though, so the wind doesn't send them rolling across the lawn - that was pretty simple with a coat hanger and a loop of wire that feeds down through the hole in the bottom of the pot.

This is not my first rodeo with these boxwood topiaries. I previously ordered these plastic faux green balls for my home up north and I was praying the assembly would be easier with this set… but nope, same tedious, hair pulling assembly. If I didn’t already have experience with these I think I would have returned them because it is nearly impossible to follow the included instructions where you place the “ 4 nails in the rings.” If choose to follow the directions you will experience hours of frustration and still not have assembled them. So first tip, just pull out those bright green zip ties and tie them together, forget trying to line up the little plastic peg into the teeny tiny holes, truly, it’s nearly impossible. BTW, don’t they make dark green zip ties that would be less noticeable?Okay, once you’ve assembled them they are actually quite nice, they are very full with green faux boxwood greenery and they look great in tall planter boxes. It may be wise to take a string or small thin rope and tie it through the bottom of the topiary and tie it to a brick in your planter box because these will roll away with a gust of wind. These really do look nice from afar and look great on a patio or porch. They are a bit expensive considering they require assembly and the assembly is frustrating at that. I give these 4 stars for appearance but a miserable 2 stars for assembly. If the manufacturer would like a higher review they really should improve the construction and assembly process. There has to be a better way

These Boxwood Topiary Balls are like the greenery version of a "DIY project meets Zen garden." When they arrive, you might wonder if you've accidentally ordered a puzzle instead of a decorative ball, but don’t worry—after a few minutes of strategic fluffing, you’ll be staring at a pretty dense and full ball of faux foliage. The LED string lights add a nice touch, giving it a bit of sparkle, but honestly, don’t expect this thing to be as sturdy as a brick in a tornado. You might want to anchor it down if you live in a windy area or risk chasing it down the street like a wayward tumbleweed. Once set up, though, it’s an elegant addition to your garden, balcony, or any other spot needing a pop of greenery (without the fuss). Bonus: the lights come with multiple modes, so you can get your “fairy garden” vibes just right.

I should have been suspicious when I opened the box and saw that it came with a package of 25 zip ties. These were an absolute nightmare to put together. Each side of the ball has little plastic nubs that are supposed to fit into the hole on the opposite side. No way. I tried everything ,including sticking a long sharp tool I had into each hole to try and enlarge them. That had some effect but by the time I had gotten to that point the nubs themselves were so bent and unhappy there was no way they were going in. Plan b was just forget the nubs and holes and just zip tie these things together which did finally work. By then my hands felt torn up and my hand were dirty and covered in a chemical smell. Once they’re together they look alright but it took way too much energy to get there. Save your money and your hands and spend a little more on a set that comes as a ball already.
