This food chart has been super helpful as we are starting our baby on solids. Being a new mom starting solids has been very overwhelming deciding what to feed her and then remember what we’ve already fed her. This chart has been great to help us keep track of the foods she’s had and browsing the list to think of what to give her next. Although I don’t think this is necessary on our solids journey I do think it has just made it slightly easier.

Cheap garbage. The most random list of foods. The bubbles don’t even line up with the foods.

This is a nice way to keep track of new foods you're introducing. Add some color coding, and you can also track what baby liked, and what she didn't like, so you can try again later.Very convenient, and they definitely make things easier at a time when parents have limited brain space.

This chart came flat which was one of my worries. I love that is was not rolled and it was flat because I was immediately able to put it on my fridge. I do not find the calendar terribly helpful however someone else might. I however love the chart for the first foods and I intend on using it spiritually. I just started my daughter on foods and are marking them as we try them. The magnets are super strong and hold well to the fridge.

I appreciate that this can be stuck directly on the fridge, so you can do all of your tracking right there and not have some sheets of paper or notebook that you may lose around the house. It's a pretty straightforward first foods tracker, with a lot of things I wouldn't have even thought to introduce, and I appreciate the reminders to. The print quality is clear, it's a strong magnet, and it's very legible.

Many new sleep deprived parents are instructed how, when and what foods to introduce to their babies by their pediatricians based on the latest research recommendations. Food allergies appear to be the paramount reason for this. This magnetic food chart system will make it easier to keep track of new foods introduced and any reactions, if any at all, were experienced. This chart system seems to have it all in one place and attaches well to the fridge. The instructions don't say what writing implement to use, so it would have been nice to either have it included or at least highlighted so you don't accidentally ruin it. I am going to assume it requires a dry erase marker, so I will pick up one of those. This, would make a much appreciated gift to new or expectant parents, who may not realize how their sleep deprived first year brains may struggle to keep track of all the foods they introduce and when.
