Partner just had knee surgery and is in physical therapy. Sometimes he'll need to ice his need but also needs compression- I use this to hold the ice pack in place while also putting pressure where he needs it.

Product fits very well on my elbows, but the dye bleeds if the castor oil seeps to the edge then touches fabric. I had black dye on my white sheets and white tee. I washed before use as instructed, and it bled. Then I soaked and washed it again (lots of dye came out with the soak)… but the dye still bled through into my sheets. I was able to bleach out most of the dye that bled, but it took two washes and there is still a shadow of where in stained. It would be nice if the product came in a nude or white.

I pre-washed these pads as instructed. The second time night I used them the black coloring bled all over my sheets and ruined them.

I wanted to try castor oil for my chronic insertional Achilles tendinitis, but all the “foot” castor oil packs have a hole right where most of my pain is or were reviewed as being too small. Decided to give these knee ones a try and so far, so good. I folded them a little to make a tight fit, but they are on well, comfortable, and with the oil right where I need it. No review on whether the oil helps yet, but fingers crossed.
