Interesting product.Wellmade, easily adjustable. Not visibly elegant.I use a tube light that fits all my bikes (Garmin gps mount), except the MTB. This product solves the MTB problem.

Metal parts will rust so take it in (easy) when not in use. Orange parts faded, not a big deal, works well especially for the price. considering buying more. Versatile aiming as you need it, as opposed to simpler ones that don't adjust much. Can mount on front fork, handle bars or back of bike for taillight. Can have one pointed to the right to keep an eye on the ditch if you like. Overall good product but I'd be willing to pay the difference for stainless steel metal parts. Wish they would offer that.

Pro: Hold a flashlight on your bicycle handlebar, if your flashlight is not too heavy. Cheap replacement to expensive brands.Cons: Lots of wiggle from the 360-degree pivot, very annoying when you ride. Not design to be installed or removed often. Very bulky.

I actually used these to mount a flashlight to my disc golf cart. At first I was disappointed they were all plastic and the orange pieces weren't already built into the inside of the clamps. After multiple uses these clamps hold up pretty well! I love the adjustable hinge. It really enables you to put them on many sizes of flashlights and poles. To stop the orange inner clamp pieces from shuffling around when opening the clamps, I left them shut tightly on the disc golf cart and a flash light. A couple of days later I opened the clamps and the orange inner grips stayed in place from having so much pressure on them for an extended period of time. I would still recommend to be careful when opening the clamps. The inner grips can run off pretty easily. Another thing about the orange inner grips is they aren't very grippy! Even at the tightest setting the clamps easily slides up and down the pole it's mounted to. I haven't had many problems with this, since it takes a little bit of force from your hand, but I just imagined it would be better. Bikers trying to use this would definitely have a problem with these shifting when they hit bumps. You can only tighten a full plastic clamp so much.In summary, know that it's all plastic, the orange pieces don't grip very well and run off on you, they are pretty durable for the price and being made of plastic, and they are e quite universal and inclusive. Overall glad I tried them and will continue to use then.

Nice and cheap.Do hold single cell 18650 and 26550 flashlights to the fork of my bike with only simple modifications for the latter. Plastic inner shims kinda stiff and difficult to click into place, helps to warm them up a bit and apply a non petroleum based lubricant (I used refined cocoa butter, worked like a charm.) Can be ratcheted on the fly in ~ 8° intervals to direct a flashlights beam to the desired angle of attack. Quick release levers kinda fiddly and metal hardware seems to be chrome plated steel which rusts a bit with prolonged exposure to the elements.Update: For use with single-cell 26650 flashlights, recommended to open the channel-locks all the way and switch out the thick default click-lock shims with the single pair of thinner ones you’ll find loose in the box. These lack prongs to hold themselves in place when the clamps are opened, so my advice is to line with 3M VHB™️ double stick tape, trimmed to fit as shown in pic. The 3M sticks a lot better to its own plastic backing and to your fingers than it does to the shims so is a real PITA to work with but still worth the effort for the amount of frustration it will save you in the long run. Bonus, thickness and compressibility of the tape increases spring in the clamps when tightened around a flashlight, making the QR levers a lot easier to operate. If you’ve already lost the spare shims though or need better grip and compression around your flashlight, another alternative is to cut your own from 3M Electronics Self-Stick Rubber Anti-Skid Pads — marketed here on Amazon under the brand name ROOS. Their resilient composition, super sticky adhesive backing and grippy siliconized surface lend them ideally to this purpose. Just slice into strips 3/4” (20mm) wide and cut tabs/notches to match the interior halves of the clamps, peel off backings then press into place (see pic.) Easy-peasy.Do wish a similar mounting bracket were available in aluminum alloy with siliconized rubber shims, would gladly have paid triple the cost here for a higher quality device. Still, not bad for the price, especially with above mentioned mod.

Slapping an EDC flashlight into a little handlebar clamp seemed such a great way to use something I already have on my person in a secondary role; but this clamp broke when my bike tipped over in the living room. ...can't imagine it would have survived a few seasons' worth of riding, let alone a real impact.
