Please Pay Attention to:
- This LCD writing tablet adopts the low-light design to protect the kid's vision, so please use it in environment with enough light.
- If you find the erase button doesn’t work after receiving the doodle pad, it may due to the lock key is locked. Please read the attached instruction manual carefully before using it.
- As there are some small parts included, kids under 3 years old must play this drawing board under the supervision of parents.
- On the back of the drawing board, there is a "lock" button. By default, the lock button is locked at the factory, so you need to set it to open, then you can enable the "one key clear" function. Just need switch the LOCK button to the right side, preventing an accidental pressing the delete button ruins your creative art work.
- If in the unlocked state, but you still can not use erase function, should be due to transportation bumps, the battery cable is a little loose, then you need to harder press the left side of the delete key (The delete key is located in the middle of the chin of the writing pad, The positive and negative battery terminals are hidden under the left side), press back and forth a few times, then you can normally use the delete key

I've bought these twice now for my nieces and they LOVE them. Purchased a second time only because they were lost in travel and they absolutely missed having them.They are great for use in the car and they even use them on their schoolwork.They could easily use their tablets but often pick these up instead. They love sharing their artwork and we love the zero mess creativity!

I ordered this more than 5 weeks for my 3 yo son's birthday on behalf of his grandparents oversea... It supposed to be arrived in two weeks from US but has been stuck somewhere in Germany for 3 weeks now! But I live in Australia! Maybe misread as Aust'ria'??? Somehow I am not able to cancel yet. Maybe have to wait until arriving here and return? Lucky my son does not understand at least... I've ordered a different one in a bigger size and hope it won't travel to Europe!
