So disappointed that this product really doesn’t work. It melts after about 40 minutes, but gets progressively less effective as it melts, so you really only get about 20 minutes of effective cooling action. For what it’s worth, it’s good for those twenty minutes! After a few days of use, we’ve also noticed air bubbles in both tubes we ordered, which means it leaks. Stay away.

This works, I put it in the fridge and when I’m doing things out side I wear it. However, the coolness doesn’t last very long, maybe 10-15 mins

I bought two and the cooler. They stayed ice cold in the container until ready for use. Maintained the coolness for hours. I switched between them during a 12 hour festival and managed to avoid heat stroke on a 100 degree day with no shade! They did the job!

They freeze quickly but with the Arizona heat, they only last about 45 minutes. Because of this I ordered 2 sets, and they help my dad stay cool when working out in the heat. Because they melt so fast, I only give 4 stars, but honestly they weren't made for Arizona heat i'm assuming.

These are must haves for summers living in the desert! A friend sent me a video showing these and I knew I would be able to find them on Amazon. They are filled with some sort of chemical that allows them to freeze solid in the fridge. For a quick freeze you can pop them in the freezer, but only put them in for a few minutes because they get so cold you could get frostbite from them. I have had mine for about a month now and I take them to work with me and wear them at my casino job under my uniform, to and from shopping, and just for drives in the car. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel cool in the summer or who suffers from hot flashes. I don’t know what I did without them!

These rings fit on a neck easily. You take them out of the refrigerator when they have turned white, and they keep your temperature around 60 degrees, which is nice and cool but not too cold. It keeps you neck cool for about one hour. When it thaws, it goes back in the fridge for about an hour. Say you are doing a hard chore, and are too hot. Put a ring on and you will feel much better as you continue to work.
