This is thinner than a cardboard box and completely curls up after setting out for 6 hours.

Comes with 2 mats. They are rectangular. You could cut them if wanted but my husband prefers them long for changing the oil on his truck. I was so tired of the drip marks in our garage. He just leaves this down year round and parks his truck over them in the garage. Comes in handy.

This mat is exactly what my husband was looking for! He tows cars that are illegally parked for the city. He was looking for something he could throw down on the ground when he has to get underneath a car to protect his uniform from grease, oil and dirt. This is perfect for that. The back is a smooth waterproof material. It won't absorb any of the liquids from the street. The top is a felt like material. It keeps his back and uniform grease free. It comes as a 2 pack so he'll always have an extra. It's also very easy to cut to your desired length. I can see this being good for catching oil and grease from dripping onto the floor as well. The grease will be contained in the felt material and won't leak through the backing onto the floor. Overall, this is a good product and just what we needed. It's exactly as described and works great!
