Never could get the lock to open with factory code.Only good thing was I got a refund. Had to drive 50 mile round trip to drop off at a return center.

Setting the lock is a bit tricky but watcht e video and follow the instructions and you should be good,

I got this combination lock to use on our snack cabinets at the softball field. I had been using a keyed, long hasp lock between the cabinet handles, which worked fine, but the person with the key was not always on site during the games.With this lock, I can simply set a combination and allow the ones who need it to know the combination. Eventually, when too many people have shared the combination with others, it can be easily changed.The numbers are easy to rotate to the desired combination, allowing the cabinet to be opened as needed.It was simple to install and so far, is meeting our needs.
