The only thing I say with these adapters. The HIGH OUTPUT batteries work, but get in a weird mode (even if your battery is full bars starts in a blinking mode, just remove the battery and put it back to charge.) Normal M18 batteries don’t have this issue.

This was a great deal especially getting two of them. Also the conversion is a lot simpler than previous ones I have bought. Also the extra fuses come in handy. My son wanted to try to give me a ride on one of his power wheels and I guess I’m too heavy at 180lbs and blew the 30amp fuse. Since there were extras, just popped in a new fuse and worked like a charm again.

I can't say how they would work for a toy, but I was able to take one apart and modify it for a robot project I was working on easily. I was able to remove the original wire and solder in smaller wire (I don't need the 12 gauge wire for what I am doing) with ease as well as drill a new hole in the back side to route the wires through into my controller box.
