I recently got a 1-ton dually truck and I found that I could not easily fill the rear inside tires. This makes that much easier with the rearward facing nozzle.They come with fittings but no tape, I had to track some down.The rubber handle is comfortable and makes it easy to use. If you have arthritis or just don't like fiddling around with small air chucks, this is the one for you.

These long reach air chucks are well made, not super heavy-duty but pretty durable seeming. Certainly tough enough for home or light shop use, but I don't know how long they'd hold up to heavy shop use. I used a bit of thread tape on the included quick-connect chuck and the fitting worked on my existing connector, the chuck air fittings do not leak, and have a solid seal on the tire valve stem. I like the long length, but for some uses, it gets in the way (like small lawn mower tires where there's not much room to fit the chuck). But that's by no means a major issue. I would highly recommend these.

The fact it is a two pack makes it a decent value. Parts seem well built and the double port extension makes it convenient to top off tires without having to crouch down. Little documentation in the package, but the use is fairly straightforward. It comes with two chucks, and two adapters, but it also comes with two little rubber bushings. No directions as to how to install, but I hopefully figured it out.
