I installed this set of mirrors on the handlebar of my kid's bike so he can be safe while he is riding.They can be attached so easily in screwing and securing them by twisting them.They are very functional and very practical to alert him who is behind him.Better safe than sorry.

These mirrors fail on several accounts. The mirror surface is plastic and gives a rather hazy reflection. The arms are short (5 inches) and do not project out far enough out to see what’s behind you when fixed in the normal way above the handlebar (may be OK for kid's bike). They can be mounted with the mirrors beneath the handlebar (see photo). Indeed, I tried this location first because it provided a view of my trailer wheels. However, because of the strong curvature of these convex mirrors, the trailer wheels appeared very small, and so they did not help in judging the clearance between the wheels and any potential obstructions when taking a sharp corner. The position of each mirror is controlled at just two points – the attachment to the handlebar and a rotation of the mirror on the arm. This was not sufficient for one of my bikes that has a slightly swept-backed handlebar. Also, the rotation of the mirror around the arm is a fixed plastic swivel which is likely to loosen with time and has no external adjustment.

These are simply put ... JUNK save your money. I had planned on returning them but the process wasn't even worth the effort. The mirrors if you can call them that came scratched

Easy install. Work well, adjustable. Good for addl safety. Hope they hold up bc they are plastic.
