This chip rack is not made well at all and is very flimsy. Definitely NOT worth $44 ($22 a piece).The metal upright parts of this rack are VERY thin - more of a wire than a rod.The metal base is hollow and is very lightweight. Not heavy enough to hold up the rack once you've clipped bags of chips to it - it just wants to topple over.To assemble, you slip the bottom part of the rack into the base, then the top part of the rack into the bottom portion. This is done very easily. There are screws that you can use to pressure-fit the upright into the base, but no matter how much you screw in the screws, they just can't hold the thin upright without the upright falling out. This is just a pressure-fit with the screw pinching the upright against the holder. Poor design.The upper portion of the rack is also pressure-fit into the bottom portion with screws, and again, these screws just can't hold that thin rod in place.ALL of the clips were stuck to the upright rods with paint. Once you open the clips, they do peel away from the painted rods, but really?!The clips are strong and tight, so they do hold a bag of chips with no problem. But, the clips are so close together that the chip bags end up being very overlapped and hard to see what each bag is. Sure, you can skip a clip in between each bag, but that sort of defeats the purpose of having so many clips.I ordered these chip bag holders to use on our front entryway to hold chips and other snacks for the delivery people over the holidays. Because the clips are so strong, if you try to pull a chip bag out of the clips, the entire unit tips over or falls apart. And because the clips are so close together, you really can't even get your hand in there to open a clip to remove a bag. Again, very poor design.I've very disappointed with how cheaply made these racks are - especially at this price! I do NOT recommend them - for anything.

These Two chip holders will hold 48 bag of snack items on each stand!Each stand holds 24 snack bags on each side.This is a two-stand pack that will hold 96 total snack bags!This is very easy to put together!The snack holder comes with 8 extra screws and a screwdriver to put the stands together!These are pretty decent for having in your shop or even for schools to have in their concession stands!Decently priced.These snack holders don't take up much space at all!So if you have a small space to set up on, these are very good!
