There are two egg cutter.
Our stainless steel egg cracker and egg cutter set is suitable for soft boiled and raw eggs. The Egg Cracker Set is versatile and can be used to open most eggs, duck eggs and even goose eggs, providing a comprehensive solution for all your egg-related tasks.
Directions for use:
1.Place eggs in a cup with the narrow end of the egg opener.
2.Lift the round knob on top of the egg opener.
3.Let the ball of egg rise and fall from the top
4.Remove the top and allow the egg to appear as a perfectly rounded crack
5.Carefully remove the top of the eggshell with your fingers or a knife. Discard the eggshell!

I have used thes in Germany before and could never find these in the states. It sure beats using a knife or tapping away with a spoon to open soft boiled eggs.

It works kind of ok, but seemed to be a better option than just cracking it with a soon. I'm not sure I'd but it again.
