The bags are nice and big BUT the holes that the horses eat hay out of ripped very easily. I think the bag should have netting over holes and it would protect the bag more.... Also, the stitched in metal loops to clip into positions ripped easily also. The whole bag as 1 piece is holding up ok..it is just certain parts falling apart.

These bags didn't even last a month. While my other bags are in great condition the holes in these bags are ripped open. I have 1 horse and have never had this problem before. I bought these to add due to drop in temperature and I was extremely disappointed.

These work great for goats. I have 2 with horns out of the 7 using these hay bags. and they do fine. Have no issue with them getting caught After using these two for a bit I just ordered the 4 pack. It also cuts way down on hay waste. I hang them from a tree branch and also on the fence. The goats really like them.

I bought these bags for my 3 mini goats and miniature pony. Super easy to stuff and can hold quite a bit of hay! Unfortunately the string that closes the bag broke within a couple weeks, but the bag is still perfectly usable and works great. This material is also super easy to clean which is an added bonus!

I dont think I’ve ever left a review for something but this was such a waste of money I had to share. My horse is a mild mannered 30 year old mare who unfortunately throws her hay on the ground then poops in it. Ugh. Anyhow, I’ve used the regular braided hay nets for years but thought I’d try this one as it would also help keep her hay dry in the rain. The D-ring which holds it up broke on the first use and it also ripped at one of the seams, thus allowing ALL of her hay on the ground. I tried the second one the next night and in the morning it was completely trashed and again all her hay was on the ground. Total waste of money. Should have just thrown my money in the garbage instead of buying these. Back to the trusty braided hay nets, at least they keep her hay off the ground and last a long time.

These are AMAZING for horned goats.I think mine has been up a week and the only damage the goats have managed is chewing part of the top tightening string- not even the items fault- goats are just goats.I needed something with small holes and no possibility of the goats getting hurt. This absolutely fits the bill. One hay bag can stuff with hay in it (packed) for x3 9 month old alpine goats to eat over 24hrs- mind you- we're using square bales and I'm cramping entire flakes in. There's still a little bit of hay left by the next evenings feeding.A++ for Durability, storage capacity, and functionality. I do not think I'd be able to find a better way to save hay fron getting trampled on by these "kids" for any better Value for money. Will buy again when needed. I'm realistic and know that these won't last forever with 3 "kids" abusing them.
